Casa Las Tres Palmas

Casa Tres Palmas is an original, spacious Spanish colonial masterpiece with 3 bedrooms and an additional bonus guest one bedroom. This hacienda is perfectly located in el centro, just two blocks from the plaza and church.  It is truly a colonial gem with every room entering onto the open portal and garden complete with a solar-heated swimming pool, citrus trees and tropical beauty. 

            

 The fine architectural detailing includes twenty foot ceilings, 5 fireplaces, antique brick floors, colonial wood windows with modern soundproofing, and so much more to help you experience Alamos as it has been for the past 200 years.  The grounds of Tres Palmas date back to the late 18th century as part of the original mint for this part of Mexico.

                   

 Relax in one of the many outdoor sitting areas or wander through the enchanting landscaped central court yard with cantera fountain and refreshing swimming pool.  This truly is a special getaway for family and friends to enjoy this colonial oasis whether for a few days, or an extended period of time.  The open atmosphere combines the best indoor and outdoor living. Relax and dine on the outdoor patio, meditate in the garden, or lounge by the pool while listening to an enchanting fountain. 

       

                

 Reservation Policies at Casa Tres Palmas:

• Minimum 3 night stay and maximum occupancy of 6 people: $ 900.00 USD or $11,250 MXP. 

• $ 300.00 USD or $3,750 MXP for each additional night.
• Casa Tres Palmas is an ADULT only establishment.
• Casa Tres Palmas does NOT accept pets.
• Casa Tres Palmas is SMOKE FREE.
• Casa Tres Palmas has Maximum Sleeping Facilities for 8 People - 1 King; 2 Queens; 3 Twins; 1 Twin Day Bed in the Sala.

• $ 25.00 USD or $315 MXP for each additional person per night.

              

 

Casa Mina 15

Elegant historical home on Calle Mina 15 located in the colonial center of town, property has excellent views and gardens with fountain which can be enjoyed on the lovely portal. House has a large formal dining room, living room and sala. Master bedroom suite with king bed and casita with 2 single beds. Three spacious bathrooms. Air conditioning and fireplaces throughout. All basic amenities included: dishes, pots/pans, linens and towels. Rent is all-inclusive with wireless internet and maid service. Garage available for off-street secure parking. Well-behaved pets accepted with prior approval and additional pet deposit.

Monthly rate (April - Sept.) $800 per month

Monthly rate (Oct. - March) $1000 per month

Casa Paraiso

Rustically charming house with all the comforts of home on a fully-walled property with great views. Located just a few blocks off of the Plaza Alameda. Master bedroom with queen size bed and guest bedroom with full size bed. New addition, third bedroom with two single beds. All three bedrooms have ceiling fans. Bathroom with clawfoot antique tub and nicely tiled vanity. Kitchen is stocked with all the basics including fridge and large stove, handmade wooden cabinets, 2 ceiling fans with adjacent spacious dining area. Sala with comfortable seating and fireplace. Laundry room with washing machine and outdoor clothesline for drying. Nice portal for entertaining and enjoying the view. Additional amenities include air conditioning in two bedrooms, internet service and off-street parking.              Pets considered on a case by case basis.
